Planning Applications - DA - CDC
Planning applications, including Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificates (CDC) involve the preparation of documents required to meet the relevant statutory authority requirements for building. The level of additional Consultant information depends on the scope and type of project.
TEAM-B will collaborate with our clients and relevant authorities to work towards planning approval, this may include pre-application meetings with relevant authorities prior to formal submission.
As part of formal submission TEAM-B will co-ordinate and prepare extensive application documentation, including plans, diagrams, analyses, studies, reports and other relevant information that is required.
