TEAM-B are based in Sydney and the Illawarra, Australia - offering responsive design solutions for residential and commercial projects. We specialise in the design, implementation and realisation of expertly-detailed, Client responsive design solutions within a range of project scales.

Working from our studio on the the South Coast of Sydney - in Stanwell Park, Illawarra, we work within urban, suburban, rural and coastal settings across Australia, on a range of project scales from fit-outs and furniture through to custom houses and larger multi-unit and mixed-use commercial projects.

Our unique background in construction and project management allows our process to accurately consider design, construction, scope, budget and time frame to deliver a resolved product that exceeds expectation.

Our design is strategic and responsive. We look to the specifics of each project; program, budget, physical and cultural contexts, and identify the key questions to which we respond.

Our design is engaging and memorable. We are committed to producing sustainable projects through the innovative application of established principles of ecologically sustainable design (ESD).

Over the years, Team-B has worked on a rich variety of projects, from furniture design, single and multi residential through to commercial, educational and master planning projects. We've worked with clients in the private and public sector, families, individuals, boards, owners corporations and steering committees. The common thread linking these projects is our passion for innovative design and attention to detail. With over 20 years experience working with City and Regional Councils, Government departments and other statutory bodies, we can provide representation at all levels throughout the approval and build process.
